With the ever expanding Magnolia Market at the Silos and a book set to debut this October, HGTV Fixer Upper stars Chip and Joanna Gaines are hard at work building their shiplap empire. I never thought Waco, TX would be a destination at the top of my wishlist. However, like so many other Fixer Upper fans, I’m enamored by the rustic yet modern farmhouse aesthetic Chip and Joanna embody. I even told my fiance it’s a dream of mine to stay at the Magnolia House (anniversary trip, hint, hint). Although I may not be going to Magnolia Market anytime soon, there are plenty of Fixer Upper DIY projects out there to keep me busy.
