Here at Remodelaholic we love all things home decor and DIY, but we also love RECIPES. While we will continue to share our latest and greatest remodeling projects we want to share some really yummy recipes once a week. Enjoy the recipes and know that we are still Remodelaholics.
Not only is this recipe simple to make, but it also pairs well with a variety of main dishes. Serve your bacon broccoli salad alongside a helping of teriyaki chicken wings, beer-battered chicken sandwiches, or buttermilk fried chicken. Find more of our main dish recipes here.
Another nice thing about this salad is that it keeps well in the fridge for at least a day or two. You can serve it chilled or not–it’s completely up to you and the amount of time you have to prepare it. You may also find you like the dressing on other salads as well.
In our photos here the bacon broccoli salad is served alongside roasted chicken. To make our roasted chicken, simply insert two lemon halves inside a whole chicken, rub kosher salt on the outside of the chicken, place in a roasting pan, and cook for 2 hours at 375 degrees. How simple is that?
