Ready or not, it is time to start packing those lunch boxes again! Eeek! I can’t believe it’s almost back to school season — and many of you have said you’ve already used our updated first day of school signs, as well as the 3 new printable sign styles we shared last month, to commemorate sending your kiddos back!
But… there’s no time to prepare for back to school like right now (and all those back to school sales! clothes shopping and fresh crayons, here I come!) and my oldest is starting first grade and will be gone all day. Which will be great for her but a little sad for this mom, so I’m trying to get us all extra excited about the things that will be new this year: like packing a lunch!
Some kids love taking a packed lunch, but I always wanted to have school lunch — especially on the days there were peanut butter bars! So, to make packed lunches more fun for everyone, we partnered with Canon and our amazing contributor Sara this month to bring you a fun free printable which includes 8 different lunch box note designs. The designs are perfect for kids of all ages. Or if you pack a lunch for your significant other (or they pack their own), slip one of these inside since they could probably use some encouragement and a smile at lunchtime, too!
And you can even add a personalized note on the back of the card. Sometimes it’s the little things that can turn a day around!
