While we will continue to share our latest and greatest remodeling projects we want to start sharing some really yummy recipes once a week, this week is Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins. Enjoy the recipes and know that we are still Remodelaholics.
I have something to confess you all, I love a good lemonade. But I'm not talking about the boring, come in a container lemonades that you buy at supermarkets, I'm talking about the made from scratch version that we can whip up at home in just a couple of minutes. Those lemonades, oh my gosh they just hit the spot every single time.
Which means that I find myself making them pretty often, especially when the warm weather comes around the corner and I find myself craving more and more refreshing drinks.
However, after a couple of days in a row making the same old same old you start to get tired of it right? and that's exactly how this basil passionfruit lemonade came to exist. I got tired of my classic recipe, got to the fridge, pulled out everything that I had in that looked lemonade material and bam, basil passionfruit lemonade that should be bottled up and sold.
Because this is good friends, as in so good everyone will ask for a second glass and you'll find yourself going to the kitchen again and again, to just have one more glass (trust me it's never the last one).
It's so easy to make that you can do it for a laid back day at home with the family but at the same time, it's so flavorful and interesting (and it honestly looks so sharp) that you can confidently serve it at a party or get together.
Make a big batch, have your pitcher ready to party and pour it over a ton of ice. Trust me when I say people will ask you for the recipe moe than once.
